Moved a print-first quarterly onto the web without turning it into a blog nobody reads.

The failure mode for a print title online is a reverse-chronological feed that flattens a carefully sequenced issue into a pile of posts.
We modelled issues as first-class objects with an order inside them, so the web version keeps the shape the editors intended.
